Thursday 8th Jan there will be a special
opening at the Ivan mauger exhibition at the
Canterbury Museum specifically for the
pupils and families who will be attending
the NZ National Training Academy at Moore
Park on 7th and 8th Jan.
On Sat 10th Jan from 10am until noon
Ivan will make a public appearance at the
Canterbury Museum, and give a talk on the
Exhibition. |

Ivan has been Patron of the
Mosgiel and District Motorcycle Club since
1980.
The Club will have a special Function at their
clubroom on Saturday 10th January from 7pm
where Ivan and most of the North Island and
South Island Speedway teams and their
mechanics will be in attendance.
The clubroom is located on Dukes Road Mosgiel.

Mosgiel is 5 Hours maximum.
The Drive time from Mosgiel to Invercargill/Oreti
Speedway is 2 Hours Maximum On display will
be Ivans latest Factory Jawa Longtrack bike.

Ivan's Jawa factory bike, currently on
display at the Australian Motorcycle Museum will be moved
to the New Zealand Hall Of Fame in October 2009.
The bike
won the record sixth World Championship and is also the
World Team Cup for New Zealand
1979 World Championship and World Team Cup winner
